Description

This PR adds

  • Guest OS for Ubuntu 26.04
  • mapping for KVM/Ubuntu 26.04

However,

We agreed to move this to ACS 4.24.0, as Ubuntu 26.04 is not supported by some hypervisors or versions yet. It would be better not to give users the wrong impression that Ubuntu 26.04 is already supported.

To avoid the issue similar to #12324 , the guest OS type should be listed only if there are guest os mapping for the hypervisor, and checked in service layer. for example, Ubuntu 26.04 LTS is listed only if the hypervisor type is KVM.

We will work on the improvement. this PR can be merged when the improvement is done.
